Reservations can be confirmed sending a 30% deposit in Wire Transfer or Postal Order.

CHECK-IN E CHECK-OUT
Hours of regular check- in (with luggage deposit) are Saturday from 10.00 am.
On the day of their departure, Guests will be required to leave the apartments by 10.00 am.

CLEANING SERVICES
All Guests will find at their arrival a clean apartment, with bed linen for each guest.

UTILITIES
All utilities are free.
Heating is provided in the winter season

PAYMENTS
The balance is always paid in advance, before taking possession of the apartment.

DAMAGE
The Client is responsible for any damage caused to the allocated rooms or the furnishings, utensils and equipment therein or to the apartment generally by any act, default or neglect of the Client or guests of the Client and shall pay to the Owner of PredaiaVacanze, on demand, the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage.

PHOTO IDENTIFICATION'
All guests at the PredaiaVacanze apartments are required to present a copy of valid photo identification upon check- in.
